I found this place absolutely disgusting. As soon as my dad and I walked in we noticed two neglected conures with a filthy cage and were quite aggressive. We then walk into this next part of the shop where we see some more neglected birds including zebra finches, canaries and budgies with filthy cages. Bird faeces everywhere and dirty bird toys so unhygienic no wonder some of the birds look sick. I hope that this shop will improve with their laziness.

Disappointing service. Went in on a Monday for puppy food. They where out of stock - the lady said she will ensure it goes on their next order - and it should be in Thursday with their deliveries. I called up on the Friday to make sure it was in stock before driving all the way there - the woman on the phone had no idea what I was talking about, said they did not have the puppy food in stock and she does not know when they'll get more. When I mentioned another lady said she was ordering it in their delivery - she just said she doesn't know, there's no one else in store to ask and hung up on me. Very disappointing after I was referred there. Now we go to PetStock - great staff and loyalty awards on the puppy food.
